RVGRINGO Posted January 16, 2018 Report Share Posted January 16, 2018 Qops! My poor eyes mistook that for IMSS. Sorry. INAPAM application may be made at the DIF building on Degollado in Chapala. AngusMactavish Posted January 16, 2018 Report Share Posted January 16, 2018 Requirements to process your INAPAM credential Present the following documentation: Original and copy of birth certificate and / or CURP (if available) If you do not have a birth certificate or CURP, you can submit SOME of the following documents: · Birth certificate · Birth certificate of a child · Baptismal faith · Passport In the case of being a foreigner, you can present your Migration Form FM2 or Naturalization Letter. Original and copy of any of the following official documents with photograph · Voter's Credential (IFE) · IMSS credential · ISSSTE credential · Driver's license Two recent photographs child size Provide general information about a person who can be notified of an emergency.
