The further south you go on the east side, the quieter the streets become. Keep in mind that is “quieter,” not “quiet.” Pay attention to what else is on your street, especially your block. Also drive or walk adjacent streets. Remember also that most eventos are not marked. All you will see are the walls. There are several schools in the neighborhood so note location and if the house is on the streets heavily traveled by the kids. Factor in their exuberance coming and going, two sessions a day, and if the street is heavily littered by the kids.That will be a daily occurrence.
