Chapala government reprimanded for failing to disclose financial information

Given previous reports I can understand why they wouldn't want to disclose payroll information.
 
If you have a problem with this, take it up with the people issuing the reprimand.  
 
 

 

 

"The Institute of Transparency, Public Information and Protection of Personal Data of the State of Jalisco (ITEI) imposed two public reprimands with a copy to the work file of the Municipal President of Chapala, Javier Degollado González.

The mayor of Chapalense was sanctioned by the full ITEI with a public admonishment for hiding information on the payrolls of 2016 and 2017, which should be published on the website of the City Council."

People work there who dont appear on the payroll disclosed which is a violation, including people who always are photo hags and dont miss an opportunity.

The more usual situation in Mexico is that there are "aviadores" who appear on the payroll but not on the job, only landing to collect their pay.
