2 bingo volunteers needed to help with Sept 5th chocolate tasting

Recommended Posts

HAVE HAMMERS BINGO TUESDAY SEPT 5TH IS HAVING A CHOCOLATE TASTING.

Chocolate tasting sponsored by SWEET AND TREATS                      A HOPE HOUSE CHARITY.

2 volunteers needed to help handing out chocolate samples,  The tasting will be from 12 30 pm and 1 pm and at 15 minute break TUESDAY SEPT 5TH. Most BINGOLAGO players arrive about  12 50 pm. We do not know how many bingo players may come this TUESDAY,  We just want to be prepared. The volunteers can help by walking around to each table and hand out samples and tell what flavor they are sampling.

Thank for your help and support for Have Hammers Carpentry School  and HOPE HOUSE.  The Bingolago cards go on sale 12 45 pm and the bingo usually ends around 3 30 pm.

The bingo location is Maria Isabel restaurant, AJIJIC at bottom of colon on the left facing the lake.

Suggestions on how a to taste Chocolate and Truffles

For a chocolate or truffle lover, the art of tasting has the power to magically transform a casual nibble into a world of new pleasure.

1 Your palate should be clean

2. Allow the chocolate or truffle to rest at room temperature before tasting

3.Look at the chocolate or truffle. Examine the color, see the different flavorings of the truffle

4. Smell the chocolate or the truffle. The aroma is an important component of flavor.

"Humans are only able to detect the five recognized flavor qualities through our taste buds," says Ruthie "But we can detect hundreds, if not thousands, of distinct compounds through smell."

5. Place the chocolate on the tongue and allow it to arrive at body temperature. Let it melt slowly. Taste the different flavorings in the truffle.

"When the fat in the chocolate melts in your mouth, the flavor delivery period will be very long.

 6. Study the taste and texture. As the chocolate melts, concentrate on the flavors that unfold on the tongue. It is important to notice how the flavor evolves from beginning, middle, to end, and how the flavor exists in the finish (after the chocolate has melted).

Chew the Truffle slowly.

Excellent advice.  That makes chocolate different from candy.  I wholeheartedly wish you a succesful event.
