Absolutely perfect ---The lobster tails at Elegante

Saturday evening, August 26th.   5 out of our party of 10 ordered the Lobster Tails, perfectly grilled.  Lightly seasoned and melted butter on the side.   The Chef Steve opened the shells for each one and displayed the succulent white delight with-light grill marks.  And did I mention they were huge, with enough to take home to savor again.

Was this the dish pictured on the Elegante site of the small langosta, or were these large Australian lobster tails?
