camillenparadise
They have been pierced before, but last year I left all my jewelry with my housesitting client and now that I have it back, I discover that I cannot wear my earrings. And a big thank you to my client! Some of my pieces were made for me more than 50 years ago!!
bmh
The holes do not grow back but all kinds of stuff get into them and plug them, My father when I was a kid took a sewing needle in a cork and used the cork as a handle and dug out the whole with the ticker end of the needle. You may be able to do it yourself with patience.

ned small
Negro the tattoo artist does it. He's on that new section of road beside the Pemex south of Soriana in Chapala.
Sea
Call your doctor and ask if he or she does it. Doctors do it in the states and conditions are more sanitary than jewelry shops (supposedly).

The doc will need to push through the hole again and can use something to numb any pain. Be sure to take solid gold or silver stud earrings to wear while the hole heals, like when they were first pierced. Sea
Understood. It can hurt though if you have to apply a lot of pressure to open it. I know. Usually I've opened it with the pointy end of a stud.
Ferret
Try putting a stud in from the back of the ear. It's worked for me in the past.
