barcelonaman
15 invalid? Maybe they should have made the question simpler or just have had a yes box.
Metuchenmama
They had a big sign that said secret ballot but you had to sign in with your name and domicile and thn when they gave you the ballot you had to sign that and write in your address. Big secret.

cafemediterraneo
I voted yesterday and was asked for ID and local utility bill which they recorded. There wasn't any Proposal or model of the changes we were being asked to vote on. Each ballot had to have your name and address,so it wasn't secret. It did have a space for comments and suggestions. I had asked some of the merchants in the affected area their opinion,so I voted NO. I think that the government is going to do whatever it is they want to do and this vote is insurance so if anything goes wrong they can say they did it with the approval of the people. HarryB
It is possible to have the party faithful to vote as a block. Others are too lazy to get out of their own way.
