I am happy to settle for simple Mexican style, don't need the ice shooting out the fridge door, or even a dryer. I need space for me (2BR/2BA), some chooks, perhaps 6 - 8 sheep, and 6 milk goats, & a pack of hounds to protect the aforesaid. Minimum 1 hectarea; max depending on price...
