AKA French pork and beans. Robalo with browned butter, lemon and parsley. Beef Stroganoff made with beef filet. Wild salmon seared to your wishes. Plus some more to be decided soon. We eat at Hugh's more often than most restaurants, and his recent addition of specials is a major bonus, because of the necessarily smallish menu. Hugh does everything himself, as some may be aware.
