The cheapest is an RFID decal The money is in your account or charged to your ccard each time , your choice. I don't believe any of them use batteries. I have one RFID that is over 5 years old. The other on my main vehicle is the Portatil that uses NFC technology, and seems to be better at reflecting the signal.
