johanson Posted July 13, 2017 Report Share Posted July 13, 2017 My internet had been down for maybe 5 hours today, so I went to the Telmex office took a number, waited perhaps 15 minutes, made a report, went and had lunch got back an hour later and the internet was working. After entering my modem and seeing great settings for my $389 package of Ancho de banda (ascendente/descendente) [kbps/kbps]: 638/ 12.542 and doing a speed test I got About 20 minutes later I got a phone call from Telmex in Mexico City asking if my internet was working. I said yes. And he said the problem was theirs and thanked me for my patience . I couldn't be happier.
