You could go to the General Secretary's office on the second floor of the municipal building and ask, they may know and that is the place where you have to get your paperwork vetted when they do come. Mainecoons Posted July 5, 2017 Report Share Posted July 5, 2017 For what it is worth, we took my adopted grandson to the main office in GDL to get his first license last Thursday. We arrived about 9:30 in the morning and the place was nearly empty. Only saw one line. I suspect if someone arrived at 9AM, and the place opens at 8AM, you'd breeze through. Remember you must take all your documentation like you would in getting a new license, two copies of each including from a utility bill that is the most current one (CFE seems to work best).
