The Chapala Haciendas HOA Board of Directors would like to announce that we have organized the first, of what we hope to be many, monthly garage sales for Chapala Haciendas. We are hoping for a good turn out so that we can continue this on a regular monthly basis. The sale is scheduled to be held on Sunday, June 11 from 10am – 2pm at the HOA office located in Chapala Haciendas 2 at Cardenal #8, weather permitting. All Chapala Haciendas residents (and friends of residents) are welcome to join in the sale. We will be using the outside terrace area at the HOA office and to accommodate any larger items we can use the adjacent empty lot. We do ask that you provide your own table to hold your items for sale. The table should be no larger than 3 ft. x 8 ft. You can, of course, share a table with your neighbors or friends. We also ask that you price all your items and prices should be in pesos only. You will be able to set up your table and sale items at 9am on sale day. Please join in the fun, look around your home for items that you no longer need and let’s make this first sale a huge success! Remember – invite your friends!
