dennis clark
I would like to make an appointment at the consulate for temporal visa. Called the number, and information is in Spanish ,as it should be.should I just drive up, and do a drop in?
ComputerGuy
No, and I cannot repeat this enough, make an appointment, or you could be there all day or longer.
TelsZ4
I would not do that.. I would talk to the person that handles the visa's and explain to them how far you have to travel. Ask them if you can email them all your paper work for pre approval, that way if there is any issues you can take care of them before driving to Laredo. That is what I did, but not in Laredo. Scanned all the documents, emailed them to the consulate, 3 days later they sent me an email stating that everything was OK and an appointment for the following week. I was in and out of the consulate in less than 2 hours.
