Cookie
Does anyone know how Chris is doing? Dengue sounds like a miserable thing to go through.

CHILLIN
Ms Chillin wanted Chris to know that the two miniature Meyer lemon that she grew from her cuttings, are now thriving and flooded with flowers. Maybe some fruit this year.
ajijicbound
How many years did it take for your meyer lemon to flower?
CHILLIN
Well Chris is the expert, but if it fruits this year, it will be two years. It flowered in the first year, but no fruit. This year covered with flowers. If they all start to fruit, some of them will have to be pinched back about 50% - too much load on the plant. Ms cut it back to make sure the main stem is sturdy. This is a miniature variety, it only grows to about four feet, but I believe the lemons are normal size.
ajijicbound
Thanks, mine is probably taking longer because it is in a pot. Probably doesn't like that. Has been about 4 years since the seedling. ugh
