RickS Posted April 12, 2017 Report Share Posted April 12, 2017 Gary, not in Riberas but you will not find a better 'gentleman's' barber than the guy in Chapala... storefront on SE corner of that main intersection. On Madero, in with a copy shop. Very 'refined' Mexican gentleman who has been there for ages. Not much English but.... 100 pesos last time I was there (and I'm going back Monday!).
