The other completed building is going to be a Pawn shop. on the site of Cash First are 2 storefronts. we are interested in what will be in the second space. the construction on the corner of Juarez, which i looked at from a bus yesterday seems to be covered by scaffolding in preparation for pouring the concrete support columns and crossbars. it looks like parking will be on the careterra side of the lot...feel sorry for the multi-unit building nextdoor. they used to have a nice view of the wooded lot of "Green Mansions" and now the new construction is within a meter of their windows and several stories high.
