Unless 1 or 2 don't want to negotiate, and the other(s) just tear it up.(or don't comply with their part, as has been the case since its beginning) But, you can "take it to the bank" that it will change. I had suggested the moderators create a new "Category" along the lines of GasBuddy in the US so we can post prices of the various stations. Let competition reign!
