Bisbee Gal
Been trying to reach them to rent a box since last Wednesday. Their US phone number on their contact page is out of service. I've had no answers to my emails to the one shown below (from their website). I was really hoping to use them as I can walk to their office in Ajijic. I used Handymail in past and they always answered emails within a few hours. Anyone got any better contact for Sol y Luna? Are they still in business??? SOL y LUNA LOGISTICS Plaza Bugambilias #54 Local 4 (near el Torito and Cine del Lago) Ajijic, Jalisco, MX 45920 (376) 766-4628 & (376) 766 5850 (From USA or Canada) (1) (719) 302 5459 Email: solylunaenvios@gmail.com
maggiemae
E-mail them at mail@solylunalogistics.com. I don't know why they are not answering their phone. Be aware that as of early March, I was receiving mail that had been sent from the U.S. the first week of January. Fees go up while services (including promptness) go down. Good luck! Bisbee Gal
Hmmmm.....doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement. I posted on another thread that we were quite happy with Handy Mail 2008-2012, but for our upcoming return to Ajijic, we had hoped to find a company that was easier to get to on foot. My recollection is that Sol y Luna is the only mail forwarder in Ajijic, with the other 2 being in San Antonio, correct?
johanson
Yes that is correct, Sol Y Luna is located in the El Torrito Shopping/movie center.
Prudent
I reached them at one of those numbers last week. I use both Handy Mail and Sol y Luna and I am happy with both. I use Sol y Luna for packages.
sm1mex
Handy Mail is a great mail service, but they do not receive packages, only letters/magazines that will bend.
rvanparys
While Handy Mail will not accept packages for delivery they will accept and hold packages from Fedex, UPS, etc...
