where to get real "homemade" butter

I`m looking for real "homemade" butter, that is, not the big pasteurized, chemicalized machine-made brands like Lala, etc.  For instance, does anyone know where to obtain the butters from Mazamitla?  There`s a little store on Zaragoza just past Miguel Martinez but it doesn`t have butter.  Gracias.

you can easily make wonderful butter yourself just with Lycott  crema para batir (whipping cream). it only takes about 15 minutes and if you like salted butter, no problem just add it after whipping..

you can google making butter or pm me and I can talk you through it.

European style, unsalted, cultured butter from Mazamitla can be purchased from the vendor[Joaquin] in the southwest corner of the Chapala Mercado in any size you want. He likes you to speak English so that he can learn more.

Gracias, Ned, and a solution so close by.
