Also, in Mexico there is no such thing as a Notary Public... or said differently the Mexican Notario Publico is/does much more than a US Notary. Just saying.... He speaks perfect English...the receptionist may answer the phone in Spanish, but she also speaks English. Phone 766-0190 His assistant Ixchel (pronounced Michelle but without the M) also speaks perfect English. Please note I corrected the phone number.
