She has been with me 9 years, works without supervision and totally honest. She speaks very little English but just point her at something and it gets done. You can PM for more details. I really can't recommend this woman too much. She treats me like family and does a lot of little unnecessary things. In 9 years, she has missed one day when her mother was in serious condition in the hospital.
