Cincy Posted October 11, 2016 Report Share Posted October 11, 2016 Speculation about the video: Everyone is paying attention in order to stay alive. No one is texting on their cell phone...!!! I drove around the Arc de Triomphe a couple of times and along the Champs Elysees back in '76 in a British car with the steering wheel on the other side! Truly scary for a few minutes until you realize everyone is looking out and anticipating for everyone else (pre-cellphone era).
