Bookworm Posted October 3, 2016 Report Share Posted October 3, 2016 I've tried a few times in the last 4-5 years and could never sign in (even using an IP hider). I've been told that they disallow any access from outside the U.S. for security reasons. It is a real pain if you have had treatment NOB and want to know your share of the charges (& the exact name/address of the provider - ie.bloodwork), so that you can arrange a payment from MX.
