johanson Posted September 28, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 28, 2016 Thanks for the updates. The lady at the cable company didn't seem very busy when she told me about the many outages. Maybe she meant some outages and the workers are busy fixing those. I don't know.. I only got back late last night from my trip up North. And I didn't know when my outage started. johanson Posted September 29, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 29, 2016 When my property manager went to Telecable today to pay several accounts, one of which was mine, she again made a complaint to the receptionist about my outage (the person at the phone and taking money) who told a technician who was standing near her and he said he would take care of my outage.
