All I get is poor quality tv speaker sound. moderator-2 Posted September 27, 2016 Report Share Posted September 27, 2016 Did you remember to go into the TV menu and turn off the interior speakers? Many TVs will not output audio to both the sound out jacks and the internal speakers at the same time. Normally this is a pretty simple installation. You find the audio out jacks on the back of the TV, run the appropriate cable from those to the sound bar, and set the TV's internal speakers to off.
