Laredo is not a big town and the airport isn't that far from the border. Fidencio Pizarro (Yellow Cab Taxi). Day and night cell: 956-237-2305. He charged me $50 U.S. to get me from the Texas side to the bus station in Nuevo Laredo afterward. At that price, I only gave him a 5 buck tip. I too have used Fidencio, however, he isn't responding to my text messages and, his cell goes to messages which he doesn't return. FYI he charged us less than you in March, sorry!
