Will Earl come to Chapala

Drats! Sunday morning is the best time to steal pic-a-nicka baskets. Hanna Barbera cartoons have never been the same until they sold old their rights and footage to Turner. This mercifully short clip, Shows Yogi's stealth skills, but does My Magic Pony really kick him the head. This clip makes U.S. election coverage sound sane.

If this storm stays on a westerly track and the low pressure does not dissipate fully as it moves inland, it would pass to the south of us and could dump a lot of rain on the watershed of Lake Chapala.  It could give a real bump to raising the lake level.

A lot of ifs.  The biggest one is whether it will simply dissipate before it makes it into our area.  The odds are good it will throw some additional moisture our way.

Where the rain can do the most good is south and east of here, which is the lake's watershed.  We had a huge amount of rain here last   year but because it fell too far west it didn't impact the lake level nearly as much as one might have expected.
