dichosalocura
Maybe its my modem, I tried unplugging it and waiting a few minutes and plugging it back up, that usually does the trick. I guess I should try calling Telmex.
ComputerGuy
You can also try the "factory reset" trick: find the tiny hole on the backside of the modem and insert a paper clip or pen tip, holding it for maybe 30 second or until the lights all flash off and on. And there are any number of other things to check for: if you are running your PC via Wireless, make sure it's still connected. In the area of your Windows screen that shows connections, check to see if your ethernet cable and/or WiFi are connected but say "no Internet" (in which case it is more likely to be a TelMex problem). But that's just the beginning of the troubleshooting list.
