judybrick
Does anyone know of a service lakeside that will respond to a pendant or wrist button? In the U.S. there is "Life Lock" where a single older person can wear something that allows him or her to seek immediate help if he cannot get to his phones, such as if he takes a fall, has a heart attack, or some other medical emergency, by pressing the button on the pendant or wrist. Is such a service available here?

Spoilt Girl
I have a panic button purchased at Smart Home. This gives you if you are alone and older a greater feeling of security, that someone out there has your information and can respond to your call. cedros
How do those panic buttons work?
Smarthome
The way in which the "panic" button works from SmartHome is this. We have 24/7 "Monitoring" of this device. When you agree to sign up with our company we will obtain all your information regarding your name, address, and your telephone number. In addition we will ask for your friend's and relative's names that you would like to be informed. Primarily of course we would also need your Doctor's name and telephone information in case of an emergency that needed further service. When the "panic" button is activated we will proceed to your home with the information you have supplied to us,to take care of you in the shortest possible time.
