Mainecoons
Buddy of mine wants to visit the knife makers in Sayula. Can someone here provide detailed directions from the free road? Thanks!

Mainecoons
Excellent. Are there more than one knife maker in Sayula? Thank you!

I heard that the Ojeda's have a family member making "similar - knock-off" knives at a cheaper price - but not near to the quality that Ojeda does. "You get what you pay for..." tomgates
I seem to recall one store around the corner from Gran Casa Sayula, on Portion Diaz or Calle P Sanchez.
benji's mom
There are 2 knife manufacturers in Sayula - the same family. The original workshop and store is in the middle of the block plus they have a retail store on the corner. The grandson's factory and store are on the same block as the original store but across the street - they also have a coffee shop there. We have found the grandson's work to be more contemporary in design and selection. Both well worth a visit. To make your trip better, there are two great restaurants for lunch within walking distance - the Gran Casa Sayula and the Casa de Los Patios. Info on Trip Advisor And we always stop at the vegetable stand on the road towards the cuota - incredible field fresh veggies and unbelievable prices. Have a great day trip
lcscats
Go around the corner from the factory (not the showroom) and a good resturant in a beautiful building is a great place for lunch.
RVGRINGO
Our favorite was always the Casa de Los Patios. Very good food and service.
