Bontekoe Posted May 18, 2016 Report Share Posted May 18, 2016 I have filed a claim for damages on my car, went to the insurance company office in Guadalajara, gave them all the documents they ask for it, I was told they would make a direct deposit to my bank account within a week, now is more than a month...NO money, called numerous times with no results. Any suggestions of what I can do to get paid.?. I do not know a lawyer. Is there a consumer, protection agency or similar?
