I called her back to let her know that she had the wrong number and her sweet message would likely not be received. She seemed confused about what country you lived in or how to dial it. And it seems so likely that maybe a number got transposed...checked a local phone directory but didn't find the name......so, if anyone knows the intended recipient, pass it on!
