The DS-82 form is updated as of 1 2017, also you may have to print it out and fill out by hand as there is a State Department error, when you try to fill out the DS 82 online it sends you to the DS 11 form.  I alerted them yesterday about this so beware, also remember for photos your background needs to be pure white, no wearing glasses and no smiling

  • 1 month later...

If I go June 7 to the Legion for a PP renewal, how will I know how much the check should be for?  Does the check include the service fee?  Should I go there first to find out the exact amount and then go to the bank?   I have been on this merry-go-round before....thanks

I sent an email last week to the consulate, the above quoted info is correct. Your check should be for 2090. Pesos. The fee for Banamex is not included and I don't kjow how much it is. I started a thread recently asking about the amount and no one replied.
