Travis
I'll be meeting someone who was born in the US, but her parents were born in Mexico. She may be wanting to start a business here. Her options are to either apply to become a residente permanente back in the US or, alternatively, seek Mexican Citizenship here by virtue of her parents being Mexican. Is the process for seeking citizenship via family ties fairly straightforward? (ha!) I'm curious which process will be easier for her. (I'm fluent in how to become a permanent resident.) Thanks! Intercasa
I can help and do this very, very often. We just need parents ID and birth details, her recent birth certificate with apostille (we can get if she cant be bothered). Citizenship through parents is easiest route and once all the papers are together can be done in a few days.
