OPA Again

I may have mentioned this in another thread: One of the owners explained the sometimes irregular hours to me this way: "It's a hobby." My response: A restaurants is a very expensive hobby. When Opa's is open, the food preparation is so good our "funny way of coping" with the iregular hours is to put Opa's on the "hope so" list, drive by, and if they are not open, go on to La Una or Tepetate Pien Thai.. .
