kosika
What chance, if any, is there of finding a place now to rent for next winter? Looking for 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath, laundry facilities and close to Ajijic plaza. Physical limitations limit amount of walking. Price is negotable but no higher than $800 all inclusive. House, casita or apartment but stairs are a problem and a garden would be nice. Here in Ajijic now until Jan 23rd.
Mainecoons
Remember it is pretty noisy near the Ajijic Plaza. Also it may be hard to find something on the first floor. Letting people here know you are looking is a good start. Good luck and have a great vacation!
bdmowers
House and apartment owners do not rent their places more than a month in advance. If you can`t come back a month before you want to rent, try to find someone who is here at the right time to help you do that. You can look at places online then they could check them out for you, maybe even make some photos to send you. It`s high season, so a little harder to find places than the summer, but there are still places to rent.
dichosalocura
You're best bet would be to just come on down next winter without a place to rent, check into a nice bed and breakfast or hotel for a week or two and spend that time looking for the perfect place. You can check out the many bulletin boards around town or just walk the streets looking for se renta signs. Just remember that winter is the high season here at Lakeside.
