bdmowers
Don`t know what they`re called but there`s a toilet that has a sink on top of it. You wash your hands and the water drains into the toilet. And, of course, it`s a good space-saver. Anyone seen these anywhere? Probably need to go to Guad to look but was hoping someone had them here. Thanks.

RVGRINGO
Google provided this, among others: co-buildingproducts.com/product/sinkpositive-toilet-sink-accessory-conserves-water/?gclid=CL6z9qy_8skCFYdcfgodC8UCWA You might copy a few pictures to take to your plumbing supplier locally, and ask him to inquire for you among his suppliers in Guadalajara. Otherwise, this conversion kit is small enough to order from NoB, if necessary.
Floradude
El Fluxometro in Guadalajara has just about anything for a bathroom or kitchen. bmh
All the poor people I know have a pila outside under a little roof and they wash they hands at the pila. That little sinl is a foreignerps idea of practical and is way more expensive than a pila.
Semalu
Why not post a picture of it bmh? Many (most?) expats and snowbirds do not know what a pila.
GeorgiaPeach
It is basically used for laundry.
bmh
This sink is used for everything in the homes I go to, from washing yourself to the dishes to the hands to the laundry and it is usually outside under a little metal roof. I you want to be practical you do a hole on the pila side (the side that holds the water) so you do not have to scoop the water out to empty out. The pila side is where water was stored hence no hole in it and the other side was were the dishes are cleaned or whatever you want clean. People have little plastic bowls to get the water from one side to the other. Thanks for posting the picture.
