RVGRINGO
It is on Degollado at almost the east end; south side of the street. There is a sign. Some years ago, it was on Madero.
howie
A couple of Google Searches and I was able to figure out how to pay-online. Much easier than driving to some office and waiting in line! I created some screen shots and will post some instructional links later. The only think that wasn't clear to me was how I was going to get my hologram for my window and my card for the glove-box but I hope it will come by mail. If you don't want to wait for my instructions or to see if my hologram arrives via mail you can try this link https://gobiernoenlinea1.jalisco.gob.mx/vehicular/index.jsp Good Luck ~howie
ednet94
The hologram normally arrives by mail/courier. You need to be at home, at least in gdl, otherwise they will leave a note they passed by with more instructions how to get your hologram.I already do it by the internet for many years and the hologram always arrived a few months later. Takes some time, but it will arrive eventually.
Intercasa
Many have problems receiving and then still need to go it. Each year for a modest fee my office hand carries the renewals and picks up the new tarjeta.
Alfa
The tarjeta may be mailed to drivers in Guadalajara but if you live in Chapala you have to go to the office on Degollado and stand in line to get it and last year they did not arrive until May
El Saltos
I tried the online thing once and it failed miserably. Now I let Spencer's office take care of it for me.

Al Berca
A bunch of us get together and send our mutual gardener for 50 each. He is happy to stand in line for hours and make a few hundred pesos.
Floradude
Don't go in January as the lines are impossible. Wait until February. Easy and fast. No need to pay someone (only costs a few pesos more).
