Recommended Posts

First we would like to thank all our loyal and new customers for making November our best month since we opened 13 months ago. Second a very special thank you to our group of volunteers that help us each week in so many ways, your the greatest!!!!

We have listened and learned so much from you all and we thank you for your kindness and best wishes for the success of La Mision.

Whats new and not so new, we have always featured a Prix Fix Special everyday but never advertised it. It is always $250 pesos or less and includes appetizer, main course, desert and a drink special, if you don't see the sign when you enter ask your waiter.

We have added Trout and Mussels to the menu prepared in different ways but all mouthwateringly delicious. To the desert card we have added Flaming Creme Brule.

Wednesday evenings after 5:00 PM we will be offering our dinner menu at 2 for one and on Fridays we will be featuring Prime Rib Night. The Prime Rib is USDA choice and it is delivered to us Thursday, frozen, but is ready for the oven Friday. We will be offering 2 cuts one for the Ladies @ 220 grams and one for the Gentleman @ 300 grams. The Prime Rib will be accompanied with your choice of Baked Russet potato, mashed sweet or regular mashed potato and organic salad, and of course Horse Radish.

Reservations are always appreciated but really appreciated for the Prime Rib.

We now have the restaurant 80% decorated for the Holiday Season and it is sure to put you in the spirit and warm the cockles of your heart.

We will be having a very special Christmas Eve dinner and a wonderful New Years Eve Party. Reservations are already coming in plus we have a special program and menu for Posadas.

If your looking for a special Gift we have Gift Cards available for that special person or persons .

Once again thank you because without you none of this would be possible.

We would like to wish you all, your best year ever, one filled with Health, Love, Joy, Happiness and Prosperity in Abundance.

Today Saturday the 12th of December we are featuring the paintings of "The Magic of Mexico" by Louise Neal-Pedroza from 3:00 PM. Margaritas are 2 for 1 and at 6:30 this evening Lemon Suite will be offering their soft subtle jazz, plus some traditional songs of the season. Louise will be available until we close at 10:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to meet and talk with a very talented artist and maybe find a treasure for yourself or someone else.

Francis Dryden in his weekly entertainment announcement this week posted that Sucio Huesos would be playing on Friday and that Violinist Victor and his Father will be playing on Saturday. Nope. We are so happy and excited to have Victor and his Father every Friday night and the very popular Moe and Sophie i.e. Lemon Suite, continuing on Saturdays with their soft subtle Jazz.

To see Victor and his Father perform is at times like watching a concert. As well we have opened up the area for dancing which was well received this past weekend, did not disturb those dining but made it possible for those who enjoy dancing to be able to do so. The best of both worlds.
