Santos Rico
On the Day of the Dead, Mexico paints itself yellow, the color of the cempasúchil flower (marigold) and to everyone’s surprise, this flower is the cornerstone of a recipe to create a delicious soup, because this is a seasonal flower it can only be tasted in the last days of October or the first of November, but it’s worth the wait.
