mexpat06
Need to get some paperwork Apostilled in Alabama. The people live in Fairhope. Anybody know an attorney there. The basic notary on the street corner won't do. Thanks.

mexpat06
We have a Power of Attorney which requires a step or two before the Secy of State gets it to Apostille. Still need a reference for someone to talk to and explain extactly what needs to happen so the state can do their part. Thanks.
MtnMama
I'd suggest contacting the Bar Asociation or Chamber of Commerce in the town or county in Alabama

mexpat06
Yes, I can find just any attorney via the phone book, Martindale-Hubbell, my husbands law school alum directory....however I wanted a personal connection, you know the kind..."Your Grandpa lives down the street and he gave me your number.... The Secy of State Apostille section does not recommend anyone because its a conflict. The bar association just has directory of all those who practice they also do not give out a recommendation. Martindale Hubbell is filled with personal injusry specialists. Anybody have a recommended legal close contact in Fairhope, ALabama?
