I have tried the Live Chat and it is closed (this is Monday) and I tried the 800# which said it was out of service. I also can't find an email address for them. PULELEHUA Posted September 29, 2015 Report Share Posted September 29, 2015 If you visit the MS website and navigate to the Windows 10 page, your question will be answered. Be sure to backup your system, or at least your data files before taking on Windiws 10. When I upgraded, there were problems MS techs couldn't fix and one of the problems was that "settings" wouldn't open and that is the app necessary to return to your previous OS.
