RocketPossum Posted July 31, 2015 Report Share Posted July 31, 2015 I need to buy a computer with operating system in English Win 7 or 10 for technical reasons (The NVDA screen reader defaults to the language of the OS which means it reads English according to Spanish rules of pronunciation, which is awful.)As far as I can tell, Dell Mexico does not sell operating systems in English, and Dell USA won't ship to Mexico.
