Just wondering if anyone here has subscribed and what they think. I didn't realize you need a Claro box from TelMex to get it. I also see in the fine print that it's free for 12 months. Wondering also what the fees are after the 12-month period. And I see that they are still saying you can get it if you have the 389, 599, or 999 plan... that last one long gone, of course. Mainecoons Posted July 1, 2015 Report Share Posted July 1, 2015 I made the mistake of signing up for it not realizing I had to have something special to use it. I tried to get rid of it at the same office across from Plaza Bugambillas but they said I have to call some number in Mexico City. Thus far I've found it impossible to get someone on the phone who will cancel the account. We're also getting a lot of emails. Stay away from this.
