we took advantage of the mango season and made some fresh mango chutney and boy is it deliscious. also made a beet and tomato subji--vegetable side dish and have fish or shrimp curry on the menu. our garden is very green and fresh,so come on by and enjoy or sit in the front and watch the plaza life. if you're lucky you may get to meet the newest member of our family, my namesake Nancy Mitchel Flores Ibon, our head waiter Juan's first child, a real cutie...and born on my birthday!
