RVGRINGO
We lived in Chapala centro 2001-14 and had Telmex phone with DSL for internet. It was near perfect for all those years, once we got all the connections tight. For TV, we just had Telecable basico with about 90 channels and some 20 in English if your TV has SAP capability, as most new ones do.
gfresh
It's going to depend allot on your location. Some people have Telmex for phone and Internet and have no problems, that wasn't my experience in the "village" of Ajijic. Thus I have changed to Telecable with TV Basico and 15mb Internet. I find the Internet to be far superior in connectivity and band width. The TV channels (English) are satellite based, so the weather will effect their reception. I think they have a bundle with telephone, but I've Telemex for my landline, Telcel for cellular. YMMV Gary
