worldexplorer
Holla! I would like to recommend Linda Oropeza in Lake Chapala area for teaching Spanish. She also speaks perfect English and French and very personable and easy to work with. She will teach at the level you need. I am a beginner and go twice a week and am studying colors, numbers and verbs. She also has conversational Spanish. She lives a few blocks from the bus station in Chapala. Her business phone: 376-756-3772. K

RVGRINGO
Maybe the phon number is 765-3772, since most Chapala phones are in 765 exchange area.

Mainecoons
Try Martha private individual lessons in LaFloresta, $10 USD per hour. martita.fey60@gmail.com Does she do small groups? Does she speak clearly and crisply? Being hearing impaired, I cannot comprehend soft, slightly slurry and rapid speaking style of most native speakers. I couldn't understand either the English or Spanish speaking of the instructors at Ole Mexico, for example Any suggestions of other teachers or local conversation groups appreciated. We have done two levels of Warren Hardy and also do a lot of reading.
bradshoe
I'm not sure if Martha does groups, couples for sure. I started with her in May and like her approach very much. I find her easy to understand and patient. She uses some Warren Hardy material, my first experience with that.
NLU
Martha speaks quite crisply and is easily understood. I can't of course mention the names of her students but they are some of the more well known around the village. They comment that they will have to start paying more to cover the entertainment tax they are sure she has to pay. She will do small groups, but for a small increased fee due to the additional work involved. Try her. You'll love it.

Samarang
Thanks to all who sent me the address. Not sure why it's OK to publish her phone number here, but not her email. So to save clogging up the net with pointless mails her email is martita.fey60@gmail.com.
