So come enjoy one last yummy-delish fiesta of great food, live music and fun this Friday, March 27th from Noon till 5:00. ~ This Week's Menu ~ Slow-Roasted and Flame-Grilled Barbecued Pork Ribs Our Yummy-Delish House Pork Ribs served with Granny's famous South Carolina Potato Salad, made with fresh diced veggies, home-made bread-and-butter pickles, and Granny's secret herb and spice mix for the best potato salad around! $135 Pesos Smoky-Chipotle Firehouse Chili This chili recipe was given to me by a retired fireman and friend in Arizona, and it's much spicier than my gringo Fiesta Chili recipe. Think tender peruano beans, sweet corn, roasted bell peppers and fresh ground beef simmered in a rich, red chipotle sauce topped with Queso Fresco and served with crispy corn rounds. $75 Pesos Grandad's Molasses Pork and Beans I don't really have to describe them...you all buy them faster than I can make them! Tender peruano beans seasoned with Grandad's secret spices and kissed with brown sugar and molasses, simmered for hours in red clay pots and loaded with pulled pork.
