Galen has agreed to continue his series of
Concerts By Candlelight - Featuring his Trio and

the vocal styling's of Teresa Jasper.
One more Concert will be held during the Month of April
In an Intimate Setting In The Elegant Ambiance of
Restaurante La Mision Ajijic.

The Restaurant Will Be Closed To The General Public
and Seating Will Be By Reserved Ticket.

Wines And a Mixture of Canapes
Crab Triangles with Thai Sauce
Tapas Sevilla

6:30 to 7:30
Your Choice of Two Dinners Prepared
by Chef Jorge Penuelas

Main Course:

Mandarin Chicken with mandarin orange sauce,
rice salvaje with fruit and organic salad.

Thai Shrimp with beet risotto, mango sauce,
with mashed sweet potatoes and pistachio.

These performances have been some of the best entertainment Lakeside has had to offer. April 28th, Tuesday has been added. Although is was not on the original schedule, Galen was more than willing add an extra performance date. Seats are selling quickly.
